Mid life exercise can look very different from your 20s, 30s and even 40,s. I will teach a Cardio Pilates Strength  Infusion Class  that uses bands, small ball, yoga block and 1 pound wrist weights to create an effective full body workout. My hope is to show practical ways to increase strength and take home and implement.

When my nursing career suddenly ended, painting became my way to start healing and figure things out. My work holds all the messy feelings—grief, gratitude, and quiet strength—that come with that journey.
