Hi, my name is Sheri Wiese.  I am a lover of Jesus, wife to husband, Jeff, and mom to Bella age 17 and Major age 21.  I have always had a passion for health and have a BS in Health and Exercise Science from Oral Roberts University and a Masters in Sports Performance from Concordia University in Chicago.  I have been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for almost 30 years and learned a lot through that time.

My goal is to inspire, encourage and strengthen individuals to thrive and be resilient as we walk through various stages in life.  I enjoy mid life conversations talking about that curveball nobody warned us about like stubborn weight, belly fat, can’t sleep, hot flashes, blood sugar issues and what in the world is going on with my skin? Trust me, I get it! 

Truth is, we  aren’t crazy and God has answers! We can look good and feel great regardless of our age.  Lets thrive! 

Hi, I’m Crissy Parikh! I’m married to my best friend, Roger, and we have one amazing son, Cameron, who is married to Paige. I’m a believer in Jesus, and I’m so thankful for the blessings He’s given me. Proud dog mom to Cash, our golden retriever, who keeps life extra fun and full of love.

Travel has always been one of my greatest passions, and in a previous chapter of life I even worked as a flight attendant! Now, as a travel agent, I get to turn that passion into purpose by curating dream vacations for my clients. I especially love getaways to the Caribbean, it’s truly my happy place! In fact, Roger and I usually have a trip planned for ourselves every three months, because I believe in practicing what I preach: making time to relax, recharge, and explore together.

When I’m not busy planning unforgettable trips, you’ll find me soaking up quality time with my family, my favorite adventure of all.
